Have you been trying to lose weight and finding it hard to stay motivated to stay on task? Rudy Huber, Owner Of Runner's Paradise, is offering personal training for those interested in losing weight or just trying to get back into shape. Rudy has worked at Ronnie Lotts Fitness Club in California, The Honolulu Club on Oahu, and 5 years at Maui's 24 Hour Fitness. Rudy prides himself on the work he has done with helping people lose weight and guarantees his work. With the closing of Runner's Paradise, Rudy will be concentrating on his first passion and his most successful part of his career, personal training.
Rudy has a B.S. Degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in Exercise Physiology and an M.S Degree in Sports Coaching and Marketing.
In 2008, Rudy has been working with a total 12 clients, who at this point, have lost an average of 12 pounds. In a five week period, two clients have lost over 15 pounds. |

WHAT'S EXPECTED OF YOU!
*You must be serious about wanting to lose weight and be willing to give me and yourself 110%.
*Keep a daily log in a planner that will be provided to you.
*It won't be easy all the time, so be prepared to hate me at times, but you will like me when your goals are met.
*Don't give me excuses, give me the new you ready to work hard and learn to be succesful.
*Show up on time and when your supposed to.

WHAT'S MY FINANCIAL DAMAGE WORKING WITH YOU?
*The typical fee for most trainers is $60 per hour for one session.
*You enter my program, you pay $20 per session. I recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week, but 3 would be the optimum. Each Session is 60 to 90 minutes in length. The following are packaged sessions to choose from:
**1 month package(2 days per week)=$200
**1 month package(3 days per week)=$300
**18 session package(2 days per week)=$400
**24 session package(3 days per week)=$550
**Olympic Package(50 sessions any day)=$1000-I Dare You!!
